These 4 active foot exercises should be enough to get the ball rolling for some supplemental footwork that you can start using.
My advice is to program these per your individual needs and preferences, then scale them accordingly.
If you're a recreational lifter or athlete, you don't necessarily need to spend a ton of time working on the feet, but checking in here and there every other mesocycle can be a good practice.
This would mean utilizing some supplemental active footwork every 4-6 weeks for 4-6 weeks. Your additional work can coincide with your current training and I'd suggest using the recommendation in this video to program your active footwork accordingly.
